"Do you still wish you could see her again?"

Laguna's smile did not waver, but to Kiros there was a quality of soft sorrow in it, so much that it made all the lights in the room fade away.

"No, old friend," the president of Esthar said with an air of absolute calm. "Remember the old days, when I did movies? I will never forget this line from a script I read, because when I read it, I knew it was for her—

"'If I should meet thee, after long years. How should I greet thee? With silence and tears.'"

Currently working on a Seifer/Squall (or vice versa?) piece from mangacat's prompt "rain", as she so very sweetly wrote one for my "first kiss/first fight".

If anybody else have other prompts for me, feel free to leave a comment! :D I prefer something more unusual/specific, but in the end if it strikes my fancy then hey, all's well that ends well.
