Title: To Nowhere
Pairing: Seifer/Squall
Rating: G
The last train out of Balamb was scheduled to depart at midnight and the station was suitably deserted. Sitting on a bench by himself and eying his luggage, Seifer Almasy could only scowl when he realized that he left his toothbrush at Leonhart’s place.
He’d never get it back now. He’d never get them back, either, but that was a foregone conclusion. Life goes on.
The train pulled in on time. He swung his gunblade case across his shoulder and boarded. By two minutes past midnight he was out of Balamb and out of Squall Leonhart’s sight, never to return.
