fatima | FIRST DAY OF SPRING!

Finally, (almost) all the snow has melted away.

Have been experimenting somewhat with cooking lately, especially after I've finally gotten a pressure cooker. Quality of life has improved! I'm trying to do a hongshao (red-braised) pig feet and potatoes dish for today. Though honestly this whole process reminds me of curry...

Also going to try out geocaching, which is a kind like a global treasure hunt. I think it's a really great time to start as the weather has gotten warmer. :)
