I do believe the uniting part was more like "holding onto", although of course Taiwan was a big part of the equation.

As for majors, let's see...

Economics -> Economics + Accounting -> Economics + International Business -> Economics + Finance -> Government -> Government + Asian Studies

Despite this, I became one of the few people in Ithaca who had a major declared in sophomore year (instead of junior year), because I was a 3-semester transfer and had to declare a major.

然而我的经济课平均分是那华丽丽的A+啊～我的政治课平均也只有A而已。-v-

不过说真的，前阵子和商校的老同学吃了个饭，问了问当年一些人后来的情况，越发觉得自己转学是非常正确的。
