Haha, this picture is an in-group joke. In Chinese fandom, we refer to WIP as "holes" or "pits". And I have a terrible reputation because I never fill up my pits (because I let my WIPs hang there unchanged for a year or more...). So that picture is saying: Beware of Pits!
