Or, for a flashier title..."to all the fandoms I've ever loved".

The one who seduced you and fucked you over and broke your heart in a million pieces and laughed about it:
VampChron. Sigh. You never forget your first.

The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp in the sheets:
Gundam Wing (2x1 only, thank you). Highlander. Yuu Yuu Hakusho. X-Files (K/M, obviously).

The mysterious dark gothy one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 a.m. at weird coffeehouses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized he really was crazy:
Jrock/Jpop.

The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor, and whom you'd still really like to fuck again although you're relieved he doesn't actually live in town:
Legend of Galatic Heroes.

The steady:
None. (Me = inbetween fic fandoms.)

The alluring strangers whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
Hikaru no Go (too bad Akira is massively underage), FF8, anything by CLAMP but especially RG Veda and Tokyo Babylon/X (I don't know why, really I don't), Sports Night.

The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with but ultimately you're just good buddies 'cause the friendship is there but the chemistry ain't:
HP (except for Sirius/Remus) and Saint Seiya.

The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool guy except it's never really gone anywhere:
Lord of the Rings (love Aragon with Arwen too much), Yami no Matsuei, Petshop of Horrors, Angel (AngelxSpike=<3), Euro soccer RPS, Megami Kouhosei.

The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at him and thinking Him? How the hell did he land all these cool babes?:
Slam Dunk, definitely! Also Kenshin. Also Smallville + Roswell. And oh yeah, at the risk of beheading, Star Wars.

The one your friend has fallen for like a ton of bricks and whom she keeps babbling to you about on the phone for hours, and you'd be happy for her except you just know it's going to end badly:
Can't think of any.

The one who seduced you and fucked you over and broke your heart in a million pieces and laughed about it:
Still VampChron. Yup you are still the one.

The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp in the sheets:
FF8. Also HxH (Hisoka/Illumi!).

The mysterious dark gothy one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 a.m. at weird coffeehouses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized he really was crazy:
Still J-rock. *laughs*

The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor, and whom you'd still really like to fuck again although you're relieved he doesn't actually live in town:
One Piece and POT, maybe.

The steady:
Naruto.....(dear God, the shame!)

The alluring strangers whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
Ummm, a lot? To name a few relatively recent ones: Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, and Gintama.

The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with but ultimately you're just good buddies 'cause the friendship is there but the chemistry ain't:
After all these years, still Saint Seiya.

The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool guy except it's never really gone anywhere:
The ZS in One Piece, also Gintama.

The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at him and thinking Him? How the hell did he land all these cool babes?:
Not aware of any at the moment.

The one your friend has fallen for like a ton of bricks and whom she keeps babbling to you about on the phone for hours, and you'd be happy for her except you just know it's going to end badly:
Johnny's. Definitely Johnny's. =_=

The one who seduced you and fucked you over and broke your heart in a million pieces and laughed about it:
VampChron, now and forever? >_>

The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp in the sheets:
Prince of Tennis is nice like that. Naruto, on the other hand, would be the ex whom I don’t ever wanna see again (at this moment in time).

The mysterious dark gothy one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 a.m. at weird coffeehouses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized he really was crazy:
Hunter x Hunter? Hiahiahia~

The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor, and whom you'd still really like to fuck again although you're relieved he doesn't actually live in town:
Hmmm…One Piece? (dies)

The steady:
Right now it’s FF8 and FF7. Oh yeah baby~

The alluring strangers whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
A whole lotta, I must say. Fuuma no Kojiro is one, Fullmetal Alchemist is another. Oh and Bleach.

The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with but ultimately you're just good buddies 'cause the friendship is there but the chemistry ain't:
Saint Seiya and maybe Yuu Yuu Hakusho. Five Star Stories too, to a degree. Not to mention Discworld.

The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool guy except it's never really gone anywhere:
Code Geass. Very good in theory. Can’t do it in practice.

The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at him and thinking Him? How the hell did he land all these cool babes?:
Soliders Sortie (士兵突击). No Comment. Seriously.

The one your friend has fallen for like a ton of bricks and whom she keeps babbling to you about on the phone for hours, and you'd be happy for her except you just know it's going to end badly:
I’m tempted to say Code Geass…for all the wrong reasons.

Ha ha ha, I really have known you for a while...or have at least read your LJ entries for a few years, at least.

I mean to do this every time you post it, but I don't think I ever did. It kind of reminds me that I haven't actually been *in* fandom for a long time, other than dabbling here and there.

I do agree with you about Code Geass and Bleach, though. And I have no idea what Soldiers Sortie is. o_O

You should do it! Most of these deal with exes anyway. :P

You watched Code Geass? It's...something else. Ha.

As for Soldiers Sortie...TRUST ME IT'S BETTER NOT TO KNOW.

I actually, er, haven't. I was going to but.....just never worked up the energy to bother.

And I will *definitely* take your word for it about Soldiers Sortie. XD

incidentally

I feel compelled to recommend the Discworld series by Terry Prachett to you if you haven't read it already! Night Watch sucked me in and I've been enamoured ever since.

Ah, I remember you posted some entries about this! I was going to pick it up. I definitely will and I'll let you know when I've finished reading something! Should there be any book I should start with?

Oh I really cannot recommend it enough. It has all the right stuff. I started in the middle of the series with Night Watch, and it remains one of my very favorites. I mean it does kind of drop you smack! right into the whole universe, but I think Prachett's writing is strong enough that you soon figure out the ins and outs of the place.

Aside from Night Watch, there are a lot of books in the series. I'm a HUGE Vetinari fangirl so I focus on the ones where he's figured somewhat. On the question of religion, Feet of Clay was excellent, as is Small Gods.
