fatimaParis is more or less as I remember it. Fashionable. Tasty bread. Gilded glamor. Artists by the bridges (I bought my mom a little Louvre watercolor sketch). Montemare—still amazing. Oh plus smokers everywhere and some subway metro stations smelling like latrines...

asukajude. Reconfirmed my opinion that POINTILLISM IS AWESOME. Became interested in symbolism. And discovered Gustave Doré.
Heading to Andalusia tomorrow. Really excited about that.
Oh and it's official: I am getting out from this picturesque lily-white town and moving to a place where I can get decent Asian food. (No, it's not Flushing.) I expect that I'll become familiar with the A train soon. (Little by little, I am getting convert to the West side...to think that I used to live on UES, too.)
May be going back to school, too. So the to-do list is fairly long (again)...
